I'm an AI product manager who builds zero to one, taking products from incubation through general availability. Most recently I shipped Personalized Action Recommendations at Qualtrics, which drove a 69% engagement lift across more than 100 enterprises. Right now I'm building autonomous agent infrastructure on Qualtrics' Agentic AI incubation team, working from a legal background that keeps me grounded in responsible AI, governance, and trust.

As PM #3 on Qualtrics' Agentic AI incubation team, I lead strategy for agent testing, versioning, preview, and knowledge base capabilities for customer-facing AI agents at enterprise scale.
I replaced spreadsheet-based testing with a structured framework combining synthetic, representative, and regression testing. It used to eat up 41% of implementation hours and $71K per launch phase.
I also replaced ad-hoc agent cloning, more than 50 duplicates at its peak, with a proper versioning and rollback model, and aligned our preview, testing, and monitoring environments so nothing gets lost between them.

I led the 0→1 development and GA launch of Personalized Action Recommendations, EX's first manager-focused recommendation product. It's now used by more than 100 enterprises.
I also built the multi-language support and role-based access control underneath it, making this the first Qualtrics AI feature to launch with full support across all six tier-1 languages.
I expanded Conversational Survey AI from CX into EX in a single quarter. Built on response clarity and adaptive follow-up, it's now EX's fastest-growing AI feature.
Alongside that, I incubated EX's agentic AI roadmap from zero to one, working with five enterprise customers to narrow seven candidate use cases down to three prioritized bets.
I design entrepreneurship education that reaches thousands, not dozens.
I've built and led curricula, national program rollouts, and founder-facing programs for universities, foundations, and accelerators across three continents.

Course creation & instruction
(a)University of the People2023–2024
As a subject matter expert, I designed an entrepreneurship curriculum for University of the People, an accredited, tuition-free online university.
The work covered two courses: Entrepreneurship 1 (BUS 3303), at bachelor's level, and Entrepreneurship 2 (BUS 4401).
The curricula are now accessed by learners around the world.
As Program Instructor, I taught first-year engineers startup thinking and digital innovation through experiential entrepreneurship courses at USC's Viterbi School of Engineering.
The work was delivered through ENGR 102, across seven of the ten sections running that term, with two sessions per section.
As a Startup Judge and Advisor for NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship), I judged national entrepreneurship competitions and mentored youth-led ventures in underserved communities.
The competitions judged were the 2025 and 2026 WSI competitions, the 2025 and 2026 Founders Forum competitions, and the 2026 MOTT Entrepreneurship Competition, alongside a 2025 engagement as Business Advisor for the Mesquite City Entrepreneurship Office Hours.

(b)USC ABC Innovation Prize Competition2022
As a judge for USC's ABC competition, I evaluate pitches and business plans from student-led ventures, providing feedback alongside a panel of judges.
Six builds entered into the record, all made independently. Exhibits A to C are set out in full; the remainder follow in brief.
Exhibit A
Nomadine
A smarter way to travel, personalized by AI.
An AI-powered travel tool that creates personalized itineraries based on how you travel, not just where. Backed by Blackstone LaunchPad and Grid110 with a $5,000 innovation grant.
The Àjoyò Collective sponsors milestone celebrations for people who deserve to mark their important moments, with an open call to apply to be celebrated or to contribute to future editions.
I've never really had a straight path and honestly, I don't think I was ever looking for one. I started out in law, mostly because I thought it would give me structure. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was more drawn to people than policies.

That pulled me toward entrepreneurship education, the kind that asks: how do we equip everyday people with the tools to build? That question has led me to work with organizations like Blackstone LaunchPad and NFTE, and to build curriculum that's reached over 10,000 learners across Africa and the U.S.
Over the years, I've worn different hats: curriculum developer, educator, program designer, now product manager. I've led national founder programs, designed investor-readiness accelerators, and co-created platforms like StartaSprout and Nomadine — and turned up where the builders gather (see Plate IV).
Plate IV—Grace Hopper Celebration, 2025
Right now, I do that at Qualtrics, where I work on GenAI tools that make employee experience more actionable and human.
